How does a magazine Editor prep for a wedding? We asked the recently wed Vanessa Bennett, Editor of The Beauty Book, who received treatment from Dr Teresa Cattin of FaceWorks.
Part of Vanessa’s pre-wedding process was the FaceWorks “Redensity Skin Booster”. A cocktail of 14 different antioxidants, amino acids, vitamins and hyaluronic acid to improve skin texture, hydration, elasticity and recover a healthy glow.
FaceWorks describes the Redensity treatment as the ‘Ultimate Skin Booster’. Why? It’s a skin rejuvenation treatment that actually works.
For Vanessa, it was all part of the package in the lead-up to her big day and is an area she is not shy about discussing.
“We all want to look special on our wedding day,” she explains.
“And I had no intention of going down the au naturale route!”
FaceWorks’ Skin Booster Programme works to recover a healthy glow, thicken skin, increase elasticity and hydration and reduce redness and brown spots.
This innovative treatment combines the proven benefits of skin needling (stimulation of collagen, elastin and fibroblasts) while delivering a Dermo-Restructuring Complex (Teoxane) composed of 8 amino acids, 3 antioxidants ,zinc ,copper and Vitamin B6 and hyaluronic acid (non cross-linked) – all vital ingredients for skin health, protection and repair.
In a nutshell, it takes skin needling into the 21st century with targeted and affordable packages. These packages combine the rejuvenating effects of IPL (to reduce brown spots and redness) and LED treatment with Redensity 1 and collagen induction therapy.
A course of 3 treatments at least 3 weeks apart is recommended for optimal results. After the full treatment, fibroblasts will be activated, promoting new collagen and elastin in the skin and delivering healthy-looking, hydrated skin.
For Vanessa, it left her skin feeling younger and fresher – all well in time for the big day yet providing lasting results.
